Rachel has been a Florida licensed title agent for over 10 years. She started her professional career at a local real estate and banking law firm -where she first met Eitan- working in the REO department closing over 120 files a month. In typical fashion, she made her workmates her family and even had Eitan as a guest at her wedding.
After the demanding nature of REO deals and working with some of the industry’s biggest names, Rachel was in search of a new challenge. Staying local she continued her career focusing on residential and commercial real estate closings. Under outstanding management at a local title company, she refined her craft and mastered the nuances of title and real estate closings in Florida, New York, Connecticut, Vermont, Massachusetts, Maine, Alabama, and South Carolina.
Rachel took a short break from the world of title to start a family with her husband Andrew before partnering with Eitan. She has two children Charlotte aged 3 and Nate aged 1. Her hobbies include running, triathlons, yoga, and sneaking the kids away for days at her favorite place- Disneyworld.
Eitan grew up in Huntington Woods, Michigan, which is known as the “City of Homes”. Eitan’s interest in real estate began at a young age and he often spent Sunday afternoons attending open houses in his neighborhood. Putting his interest in real estate to good use, he obtained his Michigan Real Estate Salespersons license at the age of 18, prior to going away to college.
Eitan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction Management from Michigan State University, where he also took many classes in Urban Planning. Eitan moved to Miami in 2007 to attend law school at the University of Miami. He obtained his law license in 2010 and worked for several local law firms in the areas real estate, foreclosure and bankruptcy, where he represented a multitude of Fortune 500 companies in state and federal court.
Since 2015 Eitan has been working in the real estate industry in various capacities. Realizing a need for competent, communicative, client-focused real estate title and closing services, Eitan founded Select Title Services in 2021.
On a personal note, when he is not chasing his son Rafael around the house or his Bernedoodle, Udon Noodle, Eitan enjoys traveling, cooking, and live music.
